Mark Flack joined the Mortgage Pro
team in 2007 as a Loan Officer. During this time, he has completed the
education necessary to become technically skilled as a Loan Officer.
The most important asset Mark has, is his attitude and his willingness
to go the extra mile for every customer. His personality and his
dedication have made him a huge asset to Mortgage Pro. In addition, his
goal of providing outstanding customer service is a major part of
Mortgage Pro's business philosophy for the past 15 years.
In 2008, Mark received his New Mexico Mortgage Broker License and he is
continuing in his education in order to be proficient with today's
changing market.

Kristin Swan moved to Ruidoso in late 2005 and a few
weeks later began working here at Mortgage Pro. Her secretarial skills
as well as title work experience makes her a great addition as our
Receptionist/Assistant.
She is always more than willing to help in any
way. Her friendly attitude sure warms the office!
